Dan Miller represents numerous individuals and entities in a wide variety of legal issues. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in the areas of divorce and child custody, business and real property disputes, criminal defense, personal injury and worker's compensation. Mr. Miller has represented clients across the State of Idaho. He has also represented clients in Federal District Court, and before the Idaho Supreme Court, and in the Idaho Court of Appeals. He has significant Trial and Appellate court experience.
Mr. Miller has worked at the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office where he handled prosecution of felony cases. Mr. Miller also worked for the Justice Department as a United States Assistant Attorney for the District of Idaho. Mr. Miller spent ten years working for the J.R. Simplot Company as an Assistant General Counsel handling numerous lawsuits and he provided the legal defense for all of the company's Idaho worker's compensation claims. Mr. Miller joined Mr. Ludwig and Mr. Shoufler in January of 2001. Since that time he has helped clients in a number of different legal disputes as noted above.
Mr. Miller graduated from Colorado State University in 1982 and from the University of Idaho Law School in 1986.
